Hard Drive Failure and Slow Performance
The most common complaint about aging iMac 27-inch models is slow performance. In the vast majority of cases, the culprit is the spinning hard drive or the HDD portion of a Fusion Drive. These mechanical drives degrade over time and become the primary bottleneck. An SSD upgrade is the solution, and the results are dramatic. GPU Failures and Screen Artifacts
