Shipping Methods
WarriorMac ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We strive to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options available.
All orders are carefully packaged using anti-static bags, foam padding, and sturdy boxes to ensure your parts arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for specialty items, processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx): 1–3 business days
- Overnight/Express: Next business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
International Shipping
WarriorMac ships internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination and typically range from 5–15 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authority.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Check the product page or cart for eligibility details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Call Us or Email Us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Tampa, FL location at 6015 Mariners Watch Dr, Tampa, FL 33615. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to schedule a convenient time. No shipping charges apply for local pickup orders.
