When you check in a device for repair (walk-in or mail-in), you may consent to receive text message (SMS) notifications from WarriorMac LLC regarding your repair status. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our check-in form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from us.

Types of messages: Repair status updates, including check-in confirmation, diagnostic results, estimate notifications, repair completion, and shipping updates.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your repair status. Typically 3–8 messages per repair.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at Call Us or Email Us to opt out.

Consent recording: Your SMS consent is recorded electronically with a timestamp at the time of check-in and stored securely in our system alongside your repair ticket.
