Pack and Ship Your Device
Inbound shipping is at your expense. We recommend FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for the best balance of speed and cost. Here is how to pack your device safely:
- Use the original Apple box if you still have it. It is designed for safe transport.
- If no original box is available, wrap your device in at least 2 layers of bubble wrap.
- Place it in a sturdy double-walled box with 3 to 4 inches of foam or packing material on all sides.
- For iMacs, add extra padding around the display. The screen is the most vulnerable part.
- Remove any cases, sleeves, or accessories before shipping.
- Include a note with your name, phone number, ticket number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend warehousing.
