- If no original box is available, wrap your device in at least 2 layers of bubble wrap.

- For iMacs, add extra padding around the display. The screen is the most vulnerable part.
- Remove any cases, sleeves, or accessories before shipping.
- Include a note with your name, phone number, ticket number, and a brief description of the issue.
