About this part
The Speaker Grommet (Apple part number 923-05267) is a genuine Apple part that fits the MacBook Pro 13-inch M1 2020 and MacBook Pro 13-inch M2 2022. This speaker produces sound in the device models listed above. Match its position and part number; a top, left or right speaker is not automatically interchangeable with another position.

Signs the speaker needs replacing
- Distorted, crackling or missing sound after settings have been checked
- Visible damage to the speaker or its connector
- A fault isolated to this speaker during diagnosis
