Yes. Apple calls it a logic board, PC manufacturers call it a motherboard. They serve the same purpose. The term Apple motherboard repair means the same thing as Apple logic board repair. We repair all Mac logic boards at the component level.
Can Flexgate and Staingate be fixed without replacing the whole display?
Flexgate can often be fixed by replacing just the damaged backlight flex cable using micro-soldering, which costs far less than a full display assembly. Staingate, which is the anti-reflective coating peeling off the screen, requires a display panel replacement. We use genuine Apple panels for both repairs.
