A Repair You Can Follow From Start to Finish

Handing over your Mac should not feel like dropping it into a black box. A lot of people have been burned by shops that quote one price, add charges later, and never explain what they actually did. We do the opposite.

From your first message to the day you get your Mac back, every step is clear. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and why. The diagnostic is free, the quote comes before any work, and you approve the repair before we touch a single component.

Here are the six steps every repair follows, whether you visit us in Tampa or ship your Mac to us from anywhere in the country.

The Six Steps of a WarriorMac Repair

Every job follows the same honest path, from the first hello to a warranty-backed return.

1

Reach Out and Tell Us the Symptoms

Every repair starts with a conversation, not a commitment.

  • Call us, send a message through the contact form, or bring your Mac to the shop in Tampa.
  • Describe what is happening, whether it is a cracked screen, liquid damage, a dead battery, or a Mac that will not power on.
  • We book you in for a free diagnostic with no obligation to go any further.

2

Free Diagnostic to Find the Real Fault

We open it up and pinpoint what is actually wrong before quoting a cent.

  • An Apple Certified technician inspects the Mac and traces the fault to its true source.
  • The diagnostic is completely free, and we work on a no-fix, no-fee basis.
  • You get a straight answer about whether the repair makes sense for your machine.

3

Honest Quote and Your Approval

Nothing gets repaired until you have seen the price and said yes.

  • We send a clear, itemized quote with no surprise charges added later.
  • If we discover something extra mid-repair, we come back to you before doing any additional work.
  • You stay in control of the decision from start to finish.

4

The Repair, Done Right

Certified, careful work using genuine Apple parts.

  • We use genuine Apple parts so every feature keeps working the way Apple designed it.
  • Where a board has failed, we repair the component with micro-soldering rather than swapping the whole board, which preserves your data on soldered storage.
  • The work is done by Apple Certified technicians, not handed off to a mail-away depot.

5

Testing and Quality Check

We stress the repair before it ever goes back to you.

  • The Mac is run through a full function check to confirm the fix holds under real use.
  • We verify related systems too, so a screen repair also gets True Tone, brightness, and sleep and wake checked.
  • Nothing leaves the bench until it behaves the way it should.

6

Return and Warranty

You get your Mac back, backed by a real warranty.

  • Pick it up in Tampa, or for mail-in repairs we ship it safely back to you.
  • Repairs using brand-new genuine parts carry a 1-year warranty.
  • Repairs using pre-owned parts and board-level micro-soldering carry a 180-day warranty.

What You Can Count On, Every Time

The promises behind every step of the process.

A free diagnostic with no obligation to proceed.
No-fix, no-fee, so a failed attempt costs you nothing.
A clear, itemized quote before any work begins.
Genuine Apple parts on every repair.
Component-level board repair that protects your data.
A real warranty backed by Apple Certified workmanship.

Why the Free Diagnostic Comes First

A price quoted over the phone before anyone has looked inside your Mac is a guess. The symptom you describe and the fault causing it are often two different things. A Mac that will not turn on could be a battery, a charging circuit, or a board-level failure, and each one has a very different fix and cost.

That is why we start with a free diagnostic. We find the real fault first, then quote you accurately. If the repair does not make sense for your machine, we will tell you that too. You are never charged for the diagnostic, and with no-fix, no-fee you are never charged for a repair we could not complete.

Repairing From Anywhere With Mail-In

You do not have to be in Tampa to get the same repair. Our mail-in service follows every one of these six steps from wherever you are. You ship your Mac to us, we run the free diagnostic, send a quote, and only proceed once you approve.

The work is done by the same Apple Certified technicians, using the same genuine Apple parts, and carries the same warranty. When it is finished, we test it fully and ship it safely back to you. Distance changes nothing about the care your Mac receives.

Do not take our word for it, take theirs
