The Touch Bar (Display) Cowling (Apple part number 923-01603) is a genuine Apple part that fits the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, 4 TBT3), MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 4TBT3 and MacBook Pro 13-inch 2018 4TBT3. This cowling is the small metal cover that secures the Touch Bar (Display) connection. That connector carries the picture signal and backlight power from the logic board to the screen. Match the cowling and its mounting hardware to the listed device model.
