The Display Connector Cowling Screw (5 Pcs) (Apple part number 923-10094) is a genuine Apple part that fits the MacBook Pro 16-inch 2023 M3 Pro/Max and MacBook Pro 16-inch 2024 M4 Pro/Max. This cowling is the small metal cover that clamps the Screw (5 Pcs) connector to the logic board. Its job is to keep that connector seated and shielded inside the case. If it is missing or bent, the connector can lift slightly and the connected component can become unreliable.
